       How to Place Your Order


Crystal Powers does not use a shopping cart ordering system. Because of the extreme variability of our items, both in availability and in individual characteristics, our preferred method of ordering is by phone. This way we can discuss the item and select the specimen that best suits your needs.

       Ordering by Phone
Our preferred ordering method is by phone. This gives us a chance to discuss your order with you, and to inform you of item availability. Simply call us at 0822182487 during our business hours

 Monday to Friday from 9h00 till 17h00

 Saturdays from 9h00 till 13h00 

Ordering by E-mail / Fax

To submit your order by e-mail or fax, fax your requirements to 086 525 2432, We will forward your quote with an invoice and our Banking Details generally within 1-2 days. Our contact details should you wish to email your inquiry.

We accept payment for domestic orders via Internet transfer or cash deposit only.

Merchandise cannot typically be returned, so choose carefully. We try to fully describe our merchandise to minimize the need for returns. However, if a miscommunication or other extenuating circumstance results in an item arriving not as described, we will try and replace it with a suitable specimen. If one is unavailable, we will provide a full refund or credit. This is at our discretion.

Can't decide what to give them? Crystal Powers gift certificates can be purchased for any amount.

This allows us to help you select the proper specimen and describe any individual variations that may affect your purchasing decision. And of course nothing substitutes for seeing the real thing.
